Physical Therapy

Physical Therapy (PT) develops, maintains and restores maximum movement and functional ability. RehabVisions' physical therapists and assistants use therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, specialized equipment and a variety of latest techniques to treat injuries and conditions of all kinds.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational Therapy (OT) is dedicated to helping people perform the skills needed for functional independent living. RehabVisions' occupational therapists and assistants can perform Home Safety Evaluations to make recommendations for home modifications that will reduce the risk of falls. They also use adaptive equipment and a variety of the latest techniques to treat injuries and conditions.

Speech Therapy

Speech-Language Pathologists, sometimes called Speech Therapists, assess, diagnose, treat and help to prevent disorders related to speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, swallowing and fluency. RehabVisions' Speech Therapists treat patients from all ages with the latest equipment and therapy methods.

Jennifer Caskey

PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Jennifer Caskey received her Master's in Physical Therapy from the University of Kansas. With more than 21 years experience as a physical therapist, Jennifer specializes in orthopedics and geriatrics. She is certified in treating lymphedema.

Bethany Buelow

PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Beth Buelow received her Master's in Physical Therapy from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, PA. She has been a practicing PT for more than 18 years in the area of geriatrics and neurological disorders. Beth is a certified lymphedema therapist.

Jill McDermott

PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT

A practicing physical therapist assistant for more than 28 years, Jill McDermott received her degree from Baltimore Community College in Baltimore, MD. She is a certified lymphedema therapist.

Max Francisco

PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Max Francisco received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Rockhurst University in 2019. A highly motivated and compassionate physical therapist, Max's treatment approach is directed toward helping his patients increase independence and achieve a full and enjoyable life.

Lydia Kahle

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

A graduate of College of St. Mary, Lydia Kahle earned her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy in 2022. Lydia's compassion for her patients — coupled with her passion for volunteering — help make our clinic and community a better place for people of all levels of ability. Lydia is resident of the Des Moines area.

Aging-Well therapy

Aging-Well Therapy by RehabVisions provides physical, occupational and speech therapy in the comfort of your home environment, whether you live in a private residence or senior living community.

• Unlike Home Health, you do not have to be classified as “homebound” to receive this convenient service.

• Our services are reimbursed by Medicare Part B and most other insurances.

• Our programs help you to remain healthy and active.

Physical Therapy

PTs work with you on activities such as pain management, balance, leg strength, walking, getting in and out of bed or a chair, going up and down stairs and wheelchair mobility.

Occupational Therapy

OTs work with you on activities such as dressing, arm strength and range of motion, grooming and hygiene, wheelchair positioning, cooking, recreational activities, cognition and home modifications.

Speech Therapy

Speech-language pathologist work with you on activities such as memory, making needs known, safe swallowing, voice quality, reading, writing and comprehension.
